Final scope, timeline, pricing, payment milestones, features, content, images, integrations, hosting and support responsibilities must be confirmed before work starts.
Any demo, reference, sample layout, estimate or website description is for planning and enquiry guidance unless it is included in an approved proposal, invoice, written agreement or project confirmation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate requirements, content, brand material, images, approvals, access details, third-party credentials, legal text, product information and timely feedback needed to complete the project.

- Provide required hosting, domain, payment gateway or API access safely
- Review website copy, legal policies, pricing and service claims before publishing
- Respond to review requests so delivery timelines are not delayed
Payments, delivery and revisions
Payment stages, delivery schedule, included revisions and support period depend on the confirmed project scope. Extra pages, new modules, major design changes, urgent delivery, third-party integrations or post-approval changes may require additional cost and time.
SEO, ads and performance expectations
WebStore9 can plan SEO-friendly content, Google Ads landing-page direction, technical improvements and marketing campaigns. Search ranking, lead volume, ad approval, conversion rate or exact business results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on competition, budget, search demand, policy review, content quality and market behaviour.
Website information and liability
Website content is provided for service explanation and enquiry guidance. Customers are responsible for checking final business claims, legal compliance, product details, prices, policies and permissions before using published content commercially.
