Custom service work
Most WebStore9 projects are customised according to approved requirements. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, agreed scope, completed effort, third-party cost, delivered assets and written approval history.
Before starting work
Customers should review service scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, required content, access details and support expectations before approving a project or making payment. Any cancellation or refund request should be raised as early as possible.
- Confirm pages, modules, features and target platforms before approval
- Check design references, content responsibilities and SEO keyword direction
- Review payment milestones and revision limits before work starts
- Inform WebStore9 quickly if a project needs to pause or change direction
Non-refundable items
Completed or already delivered custom work, approved design, development hours, content writing, SEO setup, campaign setup, domain/hosting purchases, third-party software, paid tools, payment gateway charges or other external costs may not be refundable once used, approved, delivered or paid to a third party.
Partial refund review
If a project is cancelled before substantial work has started, WebStore9 may review whether a partial refund is possible after deducting completed work, planning time, transaction charges and committed third-party costs. The final decision depends on the written project agreement and work status.
Completed work
Completed, approved, delivered, uploaded, transferred or commercially used custom work is generally not refundable. Support or correction requests for approved scope should be raised through the contact channel so they can be reviewed properly.
